I am currently offering individual therapy services for adults 18 and older.
Individual Therapy
55 minute weekly individual therapy sessions to target your specific goals in therapy and learn how to use skills effectively in your life. In this treatment, we will work together to decide if full DBT, DBT-Informed, or Art-Based DBT is the best avenue for treatment.
Individual therapy is being offered by appointment only.

Full DBT
Outpatient DBT treatment requires a one year commitment to once weekly therapy, as well as participation in a weekly coping skills group, completing a daily diary card to track patterns of behavior and emotions, and use of phone coaching to support skills integration, and more.

DBT-Informed
DBT-informed treatment includes aspects of DBT treatment without the full year commitment, access to phone coaching, or required engagement in a coping skills group. We would discuss which aspects of full DBT would benefit your treatment.

Art-Based DBT
Art-Based DBT involves using art media to explore concepts within the DBT framework. We will spend much of our time in session using art materials to deepen your understanding of the ways in which emotions, thoughts, and actions impact your every day life and how you can work to change the patterns.
